Sid is my birthday present...given
to me by my husband this past spring. He is just gorgeous
and I can't wait to breed him to a few does this year. He
will the be used heavily next breeding season as I plan to breed
him to the majority of my nubian heard. His Dam Saada El-Pekah
was 5th place doe at the '09 Nationals in California and 8th at
the '08 Nationals in Colorado. We chose a buck out of El-Pekah
because she is one of their strongest Dam lines in their herd
and it would give a good line breeding back to all of our Cream
of Kansas' BN Tumba daughters. Sid is a Great-Great
Grandson of Tumba as well. Sid's Sire, Saada Jalal Hilkiah,
is big, long, tall-fronted, long boned and has a really great
back and front end. So now you can see why we are so
excited to use him in our herd.

Ralph is a powerhouse of
genetics! He is a combination of the Willow Run,
Phoenix Pharm, Cream of Kansas', and Ziggy Acres lines.
Everyone who comes to the farm seems to fall in love
with our Ralph. We love not only his personality but
his strong dairy character too.
Danny Boy has beautiful width &
length of body and a perfect buck head. When he was
appraised, John just went nuts over him, saying we should breed him
to every doe on our farm. He expects him to mature into an
excellent buck and help move our breeding program forward in the
right direction. We are looking forward
to watching him mature with hopes that he turns out to be just
as nice as his Dam. He has a sweet gentle personality & is down
right comical at times. He will be bred to several does this
fall.
